RETURN POLICY

 

We want you to LOVE your product. If you are not happy with it, we can exchange it for another size or issue you store credit within 10 days of the delivery date. Refunds to credit/debit cards will not be given. Please read further for information on eligible returns/exchanges:

  • In the event you need to make a return/exchange please contact returns@livyandkateclothing.com to obtain the shipping address as well as to make sure the item/s you are wanting to return/exchange are eligible for a return/exchange. Failure to contact Livy&Kate PRIOR to sending your items back will not be processed. Please include order # and packing slip to ensure a quick return process.
  • Eligible exchanges will be accepted within 10 days of delivery. ITEMS SHOULD BE FREE OF MARKS, MAKEUP, PERFUMES, DEODORANT, AND ANIMAL HAIR. ITEMS CANNOT BE WORN OR WASHED AND ALL TAGS STILL ATTACHED. We will inspect all return packages and reserve the right to deny or exchange if all the above are not met. 
  • PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN MERCHANDISE IF IT DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA. IT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR COST WITHOUT NOTICE.
  • All eligible returns/exchanges will be processed in 2-4 days of receipt and an email will be sent notifying you of acceptance of the return and store credit will be issued. We do not issue refunds.
  • SWIM returns must be returned in original condition with hygienic liner still intact and in original packaging. If it is returned without either of these two, it will not be accepted. 
  • Shoes must be returned in original box. The original box MUST NOT be used for packaging. Proper shipping packaging should be used, failure to do so will result in a $10 restocking fee.  They cannot be worn and need to be free of marks, stains and soles in unworn condition.  
  • Livy&Kate is not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return unless the item is incorrect or defective. In the case an item is received defective or damaged item please email cs@livyandkateclothing.com within 72 hours of receipt of the order with pictures of the item/s and a brief description of the problem. 
  • If the product is defective, you received the wrong item, or missing an item full responsibility will be taken by Livy&Kate and we will make sure you get a new product to ensure your satisfaction. Please contact our customer service at cs@livyandkateclothing.com, with an attached picture of the defected or incorrect item, and we will get you taken care of. Livy&Kate will provide a USPS First Class return shipping label in the event of a wrong item or a damaged item being received.
  • Items claimed as defective/damaged/missing/wrong CANNOT be worn and need to be claimed as such within 72 hours of Delivery confirmation on package.  After 5 days, Livy&Kate can no longer be responsible. 
  • Livy&Kate Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is strongly recommended keeping your tracking number for packages returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages.

  • ALL sale items are FINAL sale no exceptions. No returns or exchanges.
  • Percentage off sales 20% off and above, Warehouse Sales, Items purchased at pop up shops, as well as deals of the week, grab bagsdoorbusters, hats, and jewelry are FINAL SALE no exceptions.
