Due to the Canada Post strike, there may be delays with shipping to Canada, especially to P.O. Boxes and rural areas. We recommend shipping via UPS or DHL Worldwide Express to hopefully avoid any delays due to the strike, as well as not shipping to a P.O. Box.
Please be aware DHL e-commerce normally transfers to Canada Post at the border though it is trying to work with other third party carriers for the e-commerce option.

What size should I get?
All products have item specific size recommendations. Please review size & fit guide as well as any applicable charts.
Here are some helpful clarifications to the size and fit guide:
- True to size: this is stated when the items fit true to size based on the size recommendations (Small 0-4, Medium 4-8 etc)
- If you are in between sizes you can generally size up or size down based on how you want an item to fit. If you would like it to fit more fitted size down, more loos size up. Ex: you are a size 8 you can size down to a medium if you want it more fitted or size up to a large if you would like more of a loose fit.
- When an item is an "oversized fit" please note you can size down if you want it less oversized.
**All of our bodies are beautifully different. While we try and provide accurate sizing recommendations and information, online ordering can be tricky. What is redo?
Redo is basically return insurance. In the event you need to make a return or exchange, shipping back to us is covered by the purchase of redo. Redo is completely optional to purchase. (Only available in the US)
Don’t want redo? That’s ok! You can still make a return/exchange, just simply remove it from your cart.
*Please note, by removing redo you will be responsible for return shipping in the event of a return/exchange.
